Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering relationships with customers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Lead social media advertising efforts, including budgeting, targeting, and ad performance tracking.
- Organize and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of SEO, pay-per-click, and social media advertising is a plus.
